The Space

Olympus Breeze is a fully eco-friendly and energy-autonomous luxury villa, designed with modern standards of comfort and sustainability. Electricity, heating, and cooling are fully supported by photovoltaic systems and state-of-the-art heat pumps, while water is supplied through a private high-quality borehole with an independent automated distribution system. The villa’s location guarantees absolute peace and privacy, while still being only 30 minutes away from renowned beaches and popular mountain destinations.

The main residence is spread across three levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests. In total, the villa features 8 bedrooms and 16 beds, including 5 double beds and 10 single beds, as well as sofa beds for additional guests.

The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. The upper floor offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional lounge area, while the bright semi-basement level includes three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and comfortable accommodation for 6 to 8 guests.
