The villa is ideally located in the estate of 7000 sq.m., so that you can enjoy the well-kept gardens, the swimming pool in front and the view from every point of the house.
The main house, harmoniously divided into 2 levels, has a ground floor with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room with comfortable sofas. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 living room. The space of the bright basement has been designed to accommodate 6-8 people and has a full bathroom. Outside the house, there are 6 separate toilets, 4 women and 2 men for extra needs from social events in the garden.
